For episode 96 of Crosshairs Radio, Ben Frederick returns for an unprecedented 4-peat. Bill and Ben sat down in front of an amazing audience at Rapha's DC Pop Up in Georgetown. We talked about Ben's continuing recovery from the TBI he suffered last year, the slowlife and art, and his work developing events and providing stoke for the DC Rapha location.
